• All properties must be of high standard, with TV, high speed Internet access, cable or satellite TV and so forth.
• All properties shall meet at least "3 stars standards".
• We are absolutely capable of managing Designing & Furnishing process (selection, purchase and installation) of your property as well as looking after connection of utilities (Internet, Cable TV, Phone and Electricity). Our flat rate for the Designing and following-up is USD 800 (for up to two bedrooms properties). The cost of the furniture and appliances is aside and may vary according to your intentions.
